Who will you be working with?

Well established in the industry, our client has provided premium manufacturing solutions to the market for over 50 years. Our client is part of a national organisation and specifically focuses on supplying metal flooring and safety barrier solutions to a wide audience.
Fuse Recruitment is currently partnering with the team in search of a motivated Customer Service Representative/Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Maddington, WA!

What will you be doing?

• Liaising with customers, maintaining sales and providing exceptional customer service
• Processing quotes and orders, ensuring entries are accurate and timely
• Managing, monitoring, and updating backlog as needed
• Updating customers with any changes to orders based on turnaround and technical information

What do you need?

• Passionate customer service professional with demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Some experience in a customer service and administrative support
• Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office & Excel, and following detail processes.
• Ability to thrive fast paced environment, and have the personal drive, initiative to ‘get things done’ and able to follow through to execution.
