REOCORP PTY LTD
Finance Operations Assistant
Job Description
Finance Operations Assistant (Australia) — Flexible / Entry-Friendly
We’re looking for a Finance Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day admin around payments, basic account tasks, and reporting. This role is designed to be straightforward and process-based — if you’re organised, reliable, and comfortable using online banking and spreadsheets, you can handle it.
This position is a great fit for retirees, people returning to the workforce, or anyone in Australia looking for stable, structured work with clear instructions.
What you’ll do (simple tasks, step-by-step):
-
Assist with corporate account setup/admin (forms, verification steps, basic documentation)
-
Monitor incoming payments and update tracking sheets (amount, reference, date)
-
Support payment reconciliation (matching payments to records)
-
Coordinate approved exchange/conversion activity as part of treasury operations (following internal procedures)
-
Keep clean transaction logs and provide simple daily/weekly updates
-
Communicate with the team when something needs review or approval
Who this suits:
-
You live in Australia
-
You’re dependable, calm, and follow instructions well
-
You can use a computer/phone confidently (online portals, email, spreadsheets)
-
You’re comfortable handling confidential information
-
You want a role that’s easy to learn and doesn’t require a finance degree
Requirements (non-negotiable):
-
Must be Australia-based
-
Must have no criminal history (we may request a basic police check)
-
Must be able to pass standard identity checks (for corporate admin and access)
-
Must be responsive and consistent during agreed working hours
Nice to have (not required):
-
Familiarity with banking portals, Excel/Google Sheets
-
Basic understanding of exchanges / transaction tracking
-
Prior admin, bookkeeping, or operations experience
Why the role is easy:You’re not “making decisions” — you’re following a checklist, keeping records clean, and escalating anything unusual. We provide templates, guidance, and clear processes.
